A series named after the natural satellites in our solar system. This one is PANDORA, a moon of Saturn. I’m making these in four sizes…only our moon will be in the largest size. This piece is the second size up.
Hand textured porcelain wall sculpture with a variety of textures, with red glaze and layered underglazes. The piece has been fired to 1250 degrees C. As the design is all the way around the piece it makes a great piece for a coffee table or the wall. The back is concave with a picture wire for hanging. (Photo of hanging method is an example.)
